Quinn and Cyndi began hosting with a shared mission: to breathe new life into overlooked homes and give back to the Suwannee County community they’ve always called home. Both raised in Live Oak, they’ve stayed deeply rooted here—blending thoughtful design, hands-on hospitality, and local pride into every stay.
From the first coat of paint to the last pillow placed, they’ve personally guided each step of the process—researching the market, restoring each space with care, handpicking furnishings, and making sure guests feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they arrive.
